M/V Empress Hornblower
The Empress Hornblower is a historical replica of a turn of the century 90' Western Rivers Excursion Vessel. In 1988, Hornblower Cruises & Events had her built by Freeport Shipbuilding in Florida. With her elegance, she was to serve as a Dinner Cruise and Private Charter Yacht. The interior is classic and provides the amenities of a luxurious banquet room with chandeliers, mahogany bars and dance floors. Empress Hornblower is U.S Coast Guard inspected as a Small Passenger Vessel, Sub Charter K, and is certified to carry 530 people on inland waters only. Her maximum speed of 9 knots provides a comfortable yachting experience for those onboard.
