Come Sail with Us!
In limited quantity and on selected days, Festival of Sail San Francisco will offer excursions for a unique sailing experience on the Bay including Adventure Day Sails, Brunch Sails, Sunset Cruises and Mock Cannon Battles. Youths can participate accompanied by an adult. Ticket prices are the same for youth and adults. All sales are final.

Spend an afternoon cruising around the San Francisco. Bay. See Angel Island, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge all from the unique vantage point aboard a Tall Ship.

Bring a picnic lunch or buy a sandwich from one of the Festival of Sail Villages
and enjoy your lunch hour sailing on the San Francisco Bay.

Enjoy dinner in the city before watching the sun set from the deck of a visiting Tall Ship.

For those that want a little more adventure join the Californian or Lynx for a head-to-head mock cannon battle. Gun powder will be fired during the battle and may be noisy. Bring your family to enjoy the unique opportunity to go to battle with the enemy or split up and do battle with your colleagues on the other vessel. Either way it will be a sail to remember!

Get to know your Bay a little better with a slimy hands-on experience with some local invertebrates, taught by the "Seaward" educators. Completely safe and very memorable. Also learn more about the watersheds that drain into the Bay. Where does all this water come from, anyway?Great for the entire family! |

Locations
All excursions, except for the Bay Lady, will depart from the International Village area. The International Village is located just North of the Ferry Building on the Embarcadero and includes vessels berthed at Piers 1.5, 3 and 9. The Bay Lady is berthed on the South Side of Pier 40 (close to AT&T Park). Please be sure to confirm the location of your vessel and time of departure. Please visit our Festival Map for a layout of the Village and Pier locations.
